Whiplash and Harrow Massage Therapy, London

Whiplash is a neck injury resulting from being forcibly thrust backward and resulting in muscle tear and vertebrae injury.  My treatment is to loosen the erector spinae group and work up from there to the rhomboid muscles.  I loosen these areas using a variety of techniques and pressures.  I then work to address the soft tissue around the neck and use deeper tissue manipulation.  A course of treatments is needed to bring relief to the person suffering from the condition.  From Harrow Massage Therapy, Harrow Massage Sports & Remedial  www.harrowmassagetherapy.com
